Groma is a vertically integrated real estate investment, development, and management company using technology to create a more accessible approach to property ownership. By combining traditional real estate infrastructure with blockchain-backed investment tools, Groma broadens participation in ownership to a wider range of investors, from institutions to residents.

Creative Strategy

Groma sits at the intersection of established real estate investing and emerging financial technology, opening access to property ownership through GromaCoin, an on-chain asset backed by the Groma Real Estate Trust. This balance between trust and innovation became the foundation of the brand’s creative strategy. A deep green conveys stability and credibility, while a contemporary orange introduces a more forward-looking, technology-driven feel. Together, the palette reflects Groma’s goal of making real estate ownership feel more accessible and modern.

Illustration Design

The illustration system was designed to make Groma’s underlying operations more visible. Through isometric building renderings and sectional architectural views, each graphic highlights the relationship between physical space, resident experience, and the technology that supports daily building function. This approach adds clarity to a category that often feels difficult to communicate, reinforcing Groma’s emphasis on transparency and a systems-driven approach.

Presentation Design
The presentation system was built to make Groma’s financial, operational, and technical information feel clear and easy to navigate. Clean layouts, restrained typography, and consistent use of the brand palette help organize dense content without sacrificing credibility.
